Invite Only Classes

Our Invite Only Programme offers structured, skill-based progression for gymnasts showing strong potential, focus, and commitment. These classes provide a pathway to higher-level training and competitions, helping gymnasts develop advanced techniques in a motivating and supportive environment.

Please note: Participation in these classes is by invitation only. Coaches assess suitability based on skill level, focus, and readiness for more advanced training.

🌟 All gymnasts, regardless of level, have the opportunity to take part in our In-House Competitions throughout the year — celebrating achievement, confidence, and progress in a fun and supportive setting.

Improver & Intermediate Classes

Our Improver and Intermediate classes are 1-hour sessions designed for gymnasts progressing beyond entry level. The focus is on refining form, technique, and confidence while continuing to build strength and flexibility. Gymnasts in these classes work through our Skill Breakdown Certificate Programme to track and celebrate their progress.

Advanced & Teen Plus Classes

These 75–90 minute sessions are tailored for gymnasts ready to take their skills and performance to the next level. Classes focus on advanced floor, bar, beam, and vault elements while enhancing strength, artistry, and technical precision. Perfect for gymnasts who enjoy challenge, teamwork, and continued progression in a supportive training environment.

Talent ID Programme

Our Talent ID Programme is an invite-only opportunity for gymnasts who show exceptional potential, focus, and commitment. This pathway allows gymnasts to train multiple times per week and further develop their physical, emotional, and mental readiness.

🧡 Intro Year (Trial): Gymnasts attend Talent ID alongside their regular class — approx. 2 × 1.5-hour sessions per week.
💪 Follow-on Years: Training increases to a 3-hour Saturday session, plus an optional 1.5-hour Talent ID class during the week (typically Friday evenings).

These sessions emphasise strength, conditioning, flexibility, and advanced skill progressions while maintaining the fun, friendly ethos of our club. Talent ID gymnasts may represent the club in inter-club competitions with other non-GI clubs.

Participation is selective and based on overall readiness — including physical ability, attitude, and emotional maturity.
