Thank you for choosing Ennis Gymnastics for your child’s birthday celebration! Below you’ll find everything you need to know to ensure your party is safe, well-organised, and full of fun.

Our parties are designed to be fun, relaxed, and easy for parents — with everything you need included to make the day extra special.

• 🎉 Exclusive use of the gym facility and food area for 1 hour 45 minutes.
• 🏅 Structured gymnastics fun with games, obstacle courses, trampolines, and foam pit play.
• 🎲 Structured games can be arranged on request — confirmed with our Party Manager a few days before your event.
• 🎂 Decorated party tables and setup ready for your own cake, snacks, or catering.
• 🪩 Sound system & music provided – you can bring your own playlist if you wish.
• 🎁 Invitations and party bags included for every child. Invitations can be collected from reception or downloaded digitally.
• 🧍‍♀️ Qualified coaches to facilitate fun and ensure equipment is used safely.
• 🎊 Private, family-style atmosphere — the entire space is yours during your booking.

🧩 Party & Play Rules

Our coaches will explain these rules before play begins and they are displayed in the gym for all to follow — ensuring a fun, safe environment for everyone.

• 👀 Look before jumping into the pit.
• 🚫 Don’t dig holes in the foam pit.
• 🏐 No yoga balls in the pit.
• 🧗 If you climb the wall bars, climb back down — don’t jump.
• 🩰 No socks on the beam.
• 🪢 If you climb the rope, don’t swing or slide.
• 🍕 All food must stay in the food area.

🥜 No Nuts Policy

For the safety of all children, Ennis Gymnastics operates a strict No Nuts Policy. Please ensure all food, cakes, and snacks brought into the facility are completely nut-free. This includes items that may contain traces of nuts or nut oils. Any foods containing nuts will not be permitted inside the food area.

👥 Supervision & Responsibility

• Ennis Gymnastics provides the facility and qualified staff to run structured activities and maintain safe equipment use.

• The host parent/family is responsible for the overall supervision and conduct of all children invited to the party.

• For drop-off guests, the host parent must hold their contact information, as Ennis Gymnastics does not collect names or contact details for invited children.

• Parents must remain on site for the full duration of the party and cannot leave the premises unattended while children are present.

• Our staff facilitate activities, games, and equipment use — they are not responsible for the direct supervision or care of individual guests.

⏰ Party Times

Each party runs for approximately 1 hour 45 minutes. Morning and afternoon sessions are available most Sundays.

Example 1: Start 1:30 pm – Food served 2:30 pm – Food area must be vacated by 3:00 pm – Ends 3:15 pm
Example 2: Start 3:30 pm – Food served 4:30 pm – Food area must be vacated by 5:00 pm – Ends 5:15 pm

Please arrive and depart promptly so the next party can begin on time.
