Our new term is about to begin! Here are answers to some of the most common questions from parents.

There are constant movements within our classes as children shuffle around and spaces open up. Our automated waitlist system will automatically issue an email as soon as a space becomes available.

Calling or emailing will not change your position — everyone on the waiting list receives the same updates. There can be up to 200 people on our waiting list, so when you receive an offer, please reply promptly to avoid disappointment.

We also recommend that you add yourself to as many waiting lists as possible for any classes that suit your schedule — this will increase your chances of securing a space sooner.

We send save-the-date tuition reminders, monthly tuition balance notices, and in some cases absence emails. All are automated and tailored to what’s relevant to your account and your child’s needs.

Taking a few minutes to read them ensures you stay informed about payments, class updates, and upcoming events. It’s much easier than explaining to your child why they can’t attend their favourite class or an event because a deadline was missed. We communicate regularly to keep things running smoothly and to avoid unnecessary upset.

Our new certificate-based structure ensures steady, meaningful progress. The Beginner Programme covers multiple levels:

  • Preschool Certificates (5 levels)
  • Foundation
  • Yellow
  • Sky Blue
  • Lime

After Lime, gymnasts move to Improver, then Intermediate after passing Red, and finally Advanced after Orange. Completing up to nine certificates in two years is a fantastic achievement — please trust the process and be patient.

Note: There are many additional skills covered in our curriculum that aren’t reflected in the certificate programme. Certificates mark key milestones, but your child is learning a much broader range of skills behind the scenes.

You can download our detailed Certificate Skill Breakdown, which includes descriptions and videos of each skill required for every certificate level.

Every child progresses at their own pace, and we are proud of them all. Coaches explain that it might simply be “not their turn yet”, and we encourage them to celebrate their peers’ success — building resilience and sportsmanship.

Tracking progress 📱: Our club app brings your child’s assessment to your hand. Stars are awarded for learning, attempting, and mastering each skill, so you can see exactly where your child is on their journey.

If you’d like additional feedback, you can email us, and we’ll happily let you know which skills your child is still working on.

This often happens in the first few weeks of term. Coaches begin by refreshing previously learned skills to ensure safety, especially after breaks.

Our classes run from September to June, and we assess gymnasts on a continual basis throughout the year to track progress and determine when they’re ready to move up. Once the basics are reinforced, progression happens quickly.

Full certificate assessments take time — sometimes a few weeks. This ensures fairness and consistency, as certain apparatus may only be used on specific weeks. We assess based on consistent performance, not just one good attempt.

Yes — provided there’s an available space in the next level class.

You can find all our most recent communications in our News section, which archives past emails and updates.

If you’re having trouble receiving emails, you can contact us for assistance, or reset your email via the parent portal.

Unfortunately, all fees are non-refundable. However, in certain cases we may issue a credit note if we receive two weeks’ written notice.

Make-ups may be possible depending on your membership plan:

  • Gold or Silver Members: Yes, make-up classes are available (subject to availability).
