How Enrolment Works
Ennis Gymnastics Club operates a continuous enrolment system to keep things simple for busy families. Classes run year-round and are charged in easy 4-week tuition blocks that renew automatically each month. We don’t offer trial classes, but you can book a Taster Session anytime to experience the fun first-hand!
🪜 Step-by-Step Enrolment
1️⃣ Join the Waitlist
Create an account in the Parent Portal and add your child to the appropriate class waitlist(s).
2️⃣ Receive an Offer
When a place becomes available, you’ll be contacted by email through your Parent Portal account.
3️⃣ Confirm Your Place
Log in promptly to accept the space offered and secure your child’s spot.
4️⃣ Log In to Make Payment
Complete your initial payment online through the Parent Portal to activate your enrolment.
5️⃣ Set Up Recurring Billing & App Access
Enable Auto-Pay for seamless renewals, subscribe to billing & news emails, and download the iClassPro App. We recommend adding two emergency contacts.
6️⃣ Read the Parent & Member Handbook

7️⃣ Start Your Class!
Arrive a few minutes early for your first session — our team will welcome you and explain everything.
8️⃣ Set Your Calendar Reminder
Once payment is made, your class auto-renews every 4 weeks. 🔸 15th — next block charges are added 🔸 22nd — payment must be received to continue enrolment Late payments incur a €10 fee (see our Terms & Conditions).
