We are so excited to have launched our Summer Programme and now we are launching our September 2020 Term .
Modified Timetable
We have implemented all the governments recommendations and hope as we move through the phases some of the protocols will ease. Unfortunately until then we can only offer a modified version of our previous timetable to allow for smaller class sizes and staggered pick up and drop offs.
Priority to our Term 3 Members
Due to this we have very limited availability but feel it is only fair to give the members that booked Term 3 PRIORITY UNTIL 1ST JULY. After this date all other members that had not booked term 3 will have the opportunity. We are doubtful there will be spaces for our waiting list this year. I urge you to book as soon as possible.Your old class time is possibly changed and the amount of spaces are possibly less. Classes will be secured on a first come, first served basis. It is important to please add yourself to the waiting list to a class if it is full as if restrictions ease by September we may be able to increase our class sizes. Those on the waiting list will receive notification first. NON MEMBERS MAY BOOK AFTER 14TH JULY 2020.
New Class Format
Please READ our step by step guide to our class format going forward.If you are not in agreement of these protocols we advise you to hold off on booking the September Term. We need all parents support implementing these protocols and are aware some of the steps can be a hindrance but it is in all our best interest that you just take the time to follow these steps prior to every class. We need to stress your child will not be allowed enter the facility without the health questionaire completed prior to each and every class they attend. We do not want to have any altercations upon entry. It will be your responsibility if your child is refused at the door due to not following the steps. We are trying to not make a big fuss over these protocols so organisation is key! We want your child’s return to be exciting. We are so eager to have them all back. We are aware some maybe feel daunted so please make their entry to the facility as hassle free as possible and follow the above steps unless you are told otherwise.
Term Fees and Credits
We are currently updating your account and all missed classes will be credited to your family account. There is no problem with using your credit for another child. We are currently updating all our members accounts and converting the classes missed due to Covid to the monetary value. Unfortunately this is a slow process, and as some members have already utilised part of their credit booking the Summer Programme, we are asking that ALL MEMBERS TO PAY THE €50.00 DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING SEPT 2020. We will then issue you with an invoice in August prior to classes starting in September. It will include the term fee and we will offset any credits still on your account.
