REGULATIONS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE
LETTING OF CLUB FACILITIES
1. To have a current insurance policy (a copy will be retained by the Club) which covers all claims arising from our use of the Club Premises and which indemnifies, Ennis Gymnastics Club and its employees.
2.A letter from your Insurance Company/Broker complying with the above must be sent to Ennis GC notified of any subsequent change to the insurance policy.
3.Should the insurance policy cease, for any reason whatsoever, it is understood that permission to use the school facilities is automatically withdrawn.
4.To pay the current rates to Ennis GC prior to attending the club.
5.To cover the cost of wear and tear, heat, light, power and other overheads incurred.
6.To make good any and all breakages or other damage to the club sustained while in use. (This will be at the discretion of the Head Coach of Ennis GC)
7.To agree on a time schedule for the use of Club Facilities.
8.The club would like a role call of attendance is taken prior to each event and must ensure all necessary safety guidelines are in place such as First Aid, Child Protection, Garda Vetting and Emergency Evacuation procedures in place. Ennis GC are not in any way responsible to provide these.
9.In the event of a Covid transmission, the club must be contacted immediately.
