EGC Walker Permission Form

Ennis Gymnastics Club assume all members will be collected by a parent from INSIDE the facility. As the dark evenings approach we must insist that you park your car and physically enter the building to collect your child. We will not be permitting children to leave the premises unaccompanied by an adult unless you complete the EGC Walker Permission Form.
