Dear parents,We are writing to all our Advanced and PreJunior Gymnasts to advise about this upcoming event. it will be held on the weekend 2/3rd December 2018 in the NIA, Blanchardstown. We do not have specific times as each gymnast may be in different age groups so times will vary depending on the gymnast. But before we encourage gymnasts towards this event we want to ensure the parents are aware what additional expenses will follow. We are aware it is coming close to Christmas We do not want to cause any unnecessary upset due to a lack of communication. Please read the details below:Date of Event: 2/3 DecemberName of Event: Level 2 Apparatus Championship FinalsEntry fee: €75.00 per gymnastAdditional extra classes: €10 per classCost of EGC Merchanidse: €160.00 which include Sleeveless Sparkle Leotard, Half zip top, Jersey top, Skinny Pants and Drawstring Bag.Spectator Fee at Event: €10 per adult, €5 per child €25 family ticket and must be pre booked online via gymnastics Ireland website. We will send a link closer to the time.
Entries must be submitted to Gymnastics Ireland before 11th October however we need your entires prior to that so that we can teach the routines and ensure the gymnasts are capable and ready for the event as we don’t want to enter anyone not ready as it will not do their confidence any good.If you have entered and we do work the routine with your child and they are not ready we will not enter them with GI and will issue you a full refund for the competition entry. We will give you the option of a refund for the merchandise. Please ensure you do not leave this to the last minute or entries may be submitted and we cannot enter late without getting a substantial fine from Gymnastics Ireland.
