- Upon enrolment to our classes you are aware you are signing up for the term September – June.
- you are actively enrolled your family account will be charged on the 15th of the month prior to the classes commencement. ie, 15th august for September
- If you are enrolled and it is not your intention to return to the club please kindly let us know as you are potentially holding as space that could go to another eager child and as we are trying to get back on our feet due to the pandemic it’s imperative our club fills every place we can offer.
- tuition covers 4 consecutive weeks of that month.
- If you have your card details saved to your account you do not need to do anymore, funds will automatically leave your bank on 15th of the month.
- If you cannot find your email please simply log into your account via the parent portal and see “enrolments” and “account”. See link here: https://ennisgymnasticsclub.com/parent-portal/

Paying your monthly tuition :
- It is your responsibility to check your child’s enrolment before payment is taken on the 15th of the month. We do not take responsibility if you have enrolled your child in the incorrect class.
- We encourage you to ensure your card details are added to your account and payment will be taken automatically.
- If you do not wish to add your card details or if we have any difficulty charging the account you will receive a “balance outstanding email” requesting you to make payment in 7 days.
- If payment is not made by the 22nd of the month a €10.00 late fee will be applied to your account
- We will make contact once thereafter to arrange payment and if we do not receive any other correspondence or if payment is not agreed and made within the agreed timeframe the system will automatically drop your enrolment booking without any further warning and allocate the place to the next person on our waitlist.
- Our primary form of correspondence is via email, it is not our responsibility if our correspondence arrives in your junk or spam account. We recommend to check this regularly.
- If you are experiencing any issues with our system or making payment it’s imperative that you communicate it to us immediately as if we are unaware we may drop your enrolment. Advising us after the fact will be too late as the place will have been offered to someone else.
